高智能化，能自动完成对蛋消毒，无菌空气吹干，打孔，注毒，注射针头消毒等过程，全部过 程采用可编程控制器控制。由于针孔小，鸡胚无须封腊。该设备每小时可以处理1.5-1.6万

枚鸡胚。

High intelligence,can automatically complete the egg disinfection,sterile air drying,drilling,injection poison, injection needle disinfection and other processes,the whole process is controlled by programmable controller.Because of the small pinholes,chicken embryos do not need to be sealed.The device can process 15,000 to 16,000 chicken eggs per hour.

蛋并入孵化器。通常可完成20左右人的工作任务。

提高鸡胚单产量和效价

Increase single yield and titer of chicken embryo

产品质量均一性好。实践表明，鸡胚尿囊液单产量较人工接种有所提高，效价明显提高，废 胚率明显下降。废胚率较人工注毒低4—6个百分点。注毒量误差不超过4%。

The uniformity of product quality is good.The practice showed that the single yield of chicken embryo allantoic fluid was higher,the titer was higher and the waste embryo rate was lower than that of artificial inoculation.The waste embryo rate was 4-6 percentage points lower than that of artificial injection.The error of injection amount is not more than 4%.

The needle can be installed and disassembled in one piece and placed in a despotic stainless steel case for sterilization.After the venom bottle is put into the rack tightly,it can be inoculated.After the work is completed,clean it in place with prepared sterile wate.During the operation of the equipment,the amount of poison injection can be detected at any time to ensure the accuracy of the injection work.When the pressure fluctuation occurs,the device automatically gives an alarm and automatically takes the necessary protective measures.
